Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking are fully refundable.
For cancellations made prior to 14 days before your stay, a full refund will be issued minus a cancellation fee of $100 per suite, per night.
Cancellations within 14 days of your stay are non-refundable.
There are two parking spots designated for each suite, and they are conveniently located onsite at The Penrose.
Should you require extra parking, additional spaces are reserved for guests of The Penrose Suites at the nearby St. Marys Golf & Country Club, which is situated immediately adjacent to our property at 769 Queen Street East.
Check-in and check-out times vary, depending on the day of the week.
From Monday to Thursday, check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.
From Friday to Sunday, check-in is 2:00pm and check-out is 10:00am.
Please note that, at present, we do not offer early check-in or late check-out options. To ensure a smooth experience for all visitors of The Penrose, guests checking out after the specified times will incur an additional fee. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in maintaining a harmonious environment for all staff and guests.
At present, The Penrose Suites upholds a strict no-pet policy within its premises. This policy is implemented to prioritize the comfort and safety of all guests, while fostering a clean and hygenic environment throughout the accommodations.
We are a mobile-first property, with simple self check-in and check-out via keypad and mobile locks. Although there is no physical front desk onsite, our digital concierge is available to assist you throughout your stay, on the mobile Guest Experience App.
The St. Marys Golf & Country Club, Social Thirty-One Restaurant, and St. Marys Weddings event spaces are conveniently located immediately adjacent to our property, at 769 Queen Street East.
