We want to ensure that you and all guests of  The Penrose Suites have an unforgettable stay. By making a reservation or staying at The Penrose Suites, guests agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

01        cHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

• Monday to Thursday:
• Check-In 4:00pm  /  Check-Out 11:00am
• Friday to Sunday:
• Check-In 2:00pm  /  Check-Out 10:00am

02        EARLY cHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT

• Early check-in and late check-out are not permitted.
• Check-out after the specified times above will incur a $200 fee.

03        pricing & tax

• Prices displayed on our website and in promotional materials are subject to change without prior notice.
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees as required by local regulations.

04        pAYMENT TERMS

• Required at the time of booking is 50% of the total price for accommodations, plus any additional services.
• The remaining 50% of the total reservation price will be settled 14 days prior to check-in.
• A $200 security deposit will also be required at the time of check-in and will be refunded at check-out, pending room inspection and any incidental charges. 

05        TRANSPORTATION to ST. MARYS GOLF

• Walking on the St. Marys Golf & Country Club course grounds is strictly prohibited.
• If you are attending a wedding at St.Marys Golf & Country Club, a shuttle service will be available between the times that are listed below.
• 2:15pm to 2:45pm
• 3:45pm to 4:15pm

06        TRAVELLING WITH MINORS

• Guests traveling with minors are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding minors' accommodation and supervision.

07        PETS

• Penrose Suites maintains a no-pets policy within its premises. 
• This policy ensures the comfort and safety of all guests and helps maintain a clean and hygienic environment throughout the accommodations.

08        SMOKING

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all suites and indoor areas of the property. 
• In the event that smoking is detected within a suite despite the no-smoking policy, a cleaning fee of $500 will be applied to cover the cost of restoring the unit to its original smoke-free condition.

09        NOISE

• Penrose Suites reserves quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00AM to ensure a peaceful and restful environment for all guests
• During these hours, guests are kindly asked to minimize noise levels to respect the comfort of others. 
• In the event that Penrose Suites receives two noise complaints regarding a specific guest or room during their stay, a $250 charge will be applied to the guests provided payment method. 

10        video surveillance

• Guests hereby acknowledge and consent to the utilization of exterior video surveillance solely on the premises of the property, excluding interior spaces and individual sites, implemented for security purposes and ensuring the safety of all guests.

11        ROOM ASSIGNMENTS

• Guests hereby acknowledge and consent to the utilization of exterior video surveillance solely on the premises of the property, excluding interior spaces and individual sites, implemented for security purposes and ensuring the safety of all guests.

12        PARKING

• Each suite includes two parking spots on site. 
• Additional parking is available at the St. Marys Golf & Country Club, adjacent to the property.
• Parking facilities provided by Penrose Suites are available to guests at their own risk. The hotel is not liable for any damage or loss to vehicles parked on the premises.

13        DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ISSUES

• Any disputes or issues arising during the stay should be reported to hotel management promptly for resolution.
• Penrose Suites is committed to addressing guest concerns in a timely and fair manner.

14        USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

• Penrose Suites respects the privacy of its guests and collects personal information only for the purpose of providing services and improving guest experiences.
• Our online booking engine implements security best practices, including encryption of sensitive data, secure transmission of sensitive data, and strong access control via firewalls, virtual private networks (VPN), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with guest consent.

15        LIABILITY

• Penrose Suites is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests' persons or property, unless caused by the hotel's negligence or misconduct.

16        FORCE MAJEURE

• Penrose Suites shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, or government regulations.

17        THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

• These terms and conditions are intended for the benefit of Penrose Suites and its guests and do not confer any rights upon third parties.

18        WAIVER

• Failure by Penrose Suites to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision.

19        SEVERANCE

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
