Cancellation policy

We understand that plans change, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability.

Please take note of our Cancellation Policy outlined below:



01        CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF             BOOKING

  • Guests may cancel their reservation within 24 hours of booking.
  • All payments made upon booking are 100% refundable.
  • No penalties or fees apply.

02       CANCELLATION PRIOR TO 14 DAYS OF               CHECK-IN

  • Guests may cancel their reservation prior to 14 days of the scheduled check-in date.
  • All payments made upon booking are 100% refundable, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
  • If the reservation is made within 14 days of the check-in date, this policy does not apply and all payments are non-refundable.

03       CANCELLATION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF                 CHECK-IN

  • All payments made upon booking are non-refundable.
  • The final balance due will be charged to the guest's provided payment method.

04       NO SHOW

  • In the event of a no-show, where the guest fails to arrive for their reservation without prior notice, the balance due will be charged to the guest's provided payment method.

05       MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION

  • Guests may request modifications to their reservation prior to 14 days of the scheduled check-in date, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
  • Changes to the reservation within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date will incur a $100 modification fee.

06       SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

  • Penrose Suites understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of emergencies or other exceptional situations, we encourage guests to contact us as soon as possible to discuss their reservation. 
  • Guests will be required to provide documentation or proof to support their request.

Reservations made through third-party booking platforms may be subject to different terms and conditions.
